Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to claim a Puppy Storybook forms part of these conditions of claim. Making a claim for a Puppy Storybook as described in clause 4 of these Conditions of claim is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions of claim.
2. Offer commences 12:00 AEST 16 July 2009 and continues until 12:00 AEST 31 May 2010 or until all Puppy Storybooks have been claimed (whichever is earlier) (Offer Period).
3. Claims may only be made by Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this offer, are ineligible to make a claim.
4. To claim a Puppy Storybook:
   • purchase a Kleenex Cottonelle Toilet Tissue for Kids product during the Offer Period (Eligible Purchase);
   • log onto the Kleenex® Puppy website at www.kleenexpuppy.com;
   • click on the link to the ‘Claim one of 5,000 Puppy Storybooks’ Offer;
   • complete and submit the offer claim form by entering:
   • * your personal information; and
   • * the full barcode number from the Eligible Purchase;

   • receive an email confirming receipt of claim; and
   • click on the link in the email to confirm claim.
5. One claim per household. Each Eligible Purchase barcode number may be used for the purpose of one claim only.
6. All valid claims received by the Promoter during the Offer Period will receive one A5 size children’s storybook with laminated cover valued at $4.99 (incl GST) (Puppy Storybook). There are 5,000 Puppy Storybooks to be claimed.
7. The Puppy Storybook will be posted to the address nominated on the claimant’s claim form.
8. The value of the Puppy Storybook is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Puppy Storybook after that date. The Puppy Storybook cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
9. Claims are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
10. All claims are the property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of claims and barcodes, and to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process, or who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these conditions of claim. Any claim made with stolen, forged, mutilated, unrecognised or tampered with claim forms or barcodes is deemed void. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
11. The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, networks or lines, bugs, viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for any reason.
12. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected claims.
13. If for any reason this offer is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the these conditions of claim and to substitute the Puppy Storybook with an item of equal or greater value.
14. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any Puppy Storybook is the responsibility of the claimant.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of Entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Entry process, or who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
16. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any Puppy Storybook except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
17. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these conditions of claim, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the offer.
18. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by making a claim, the claimant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy (which is available on request. The claimant may access and correct his or her personal information held by the Promoter by writing to the Promoter at the address below. The Promoter collects the claimant’s personal information for the purposes of administering the offer, delivering the Puppy Storybook and for future marketing purposes. The Promoter will disclose the claimant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the offer and distributing the Puppy Storybooks, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this offer). The claimant consents to his or her personal information being used for each of the purposes described in this paragraph if consented to by the claimant. If the claimant does not provide the personal information requested he or she will not be able to take part in the offer.

20. These Conditions of Entry are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
