What are Kleenex® Flushable Fresh Wipes?
Kleenex® Flushable Fresh Wipes are pre-moistened wipes that deliver a cleaner fresher feeling than using dry toilet paper alone. They are made from a specially designed cloth-like material that will break down in both the sewerage and septic system so they are both flushable and biodegradable. They are resealable and available in either a convenient 10 sheet portable pack or a larger 40 sheet soft pack.
Is it safe to flush Kleenex® Flushable Fresh Wipes?
Yes. Kleenex® Flushable Fresh Wipes are made from a specially designed material which will break down in the sewerage or septic system. They are also biodegradable. However do not flush an excessive amount of wipes at one time (No more than 2 wipes per flush).
How many wipes can I flush at once?
Sewage systems and stream flow conditions are different from door to door. Some extreme cases show that just one sheet can plug a toilet, so our advice is don’t flush these wipes if the water stream in the toilet is weak, and also don’t flush many sheets at once (no more than 2 wipes per flush).

Can the wipes by used on your face?
Yes, however as the wipes contain ingredients found in household hand wash (soap), care must be taken to avoid contact with your eyes. If you do get near your eyes and irritation occurs it may cause stinging. Wash eyes thoroughly under running water.
How can I prevent Kleenex® Flushable Fresh Wipes from drying out?
The packs have a resealable opening which must be sealed properly after use. If the pouch is left open or not sealed properly, the wipes will dry out. Kleenex® Flushable Fresh Wipes must be used within 2 months of opening the pack.
If the wipes dry out, can water be added to moisten them for use?
Yes: you can moisten a dried out wipe as you might do with tissue paper or a regular cloth.
How long will my pack of Kleenex® Flushable Fresh Wipes last?
Unopened wipes have a two year shelf life. If the wipes have been opened and properly closed, they will last approximately 2 months. However, the first few (1-2 wipes) might be dry.
I am sensitive to fragrances. Do Kleenex® Flushable Fresh Wipes have any fragrance?
No, Kleenex® Flushable Fresh Wipes are fragrance free.
Do Kleenex® Flushable Fresh Wipes contain alcohol?
No, Kleenex® Flushable Fresh Wipes are alcohol free.
Do Kleenex® Flushable Fresh Wipes contain Aloe Vera?
Yes, our Kleenex® Flushable Fresh Wipes contain Aloe Vera. Aloe Vera comes from the Aloe Vera plant and is a natural botanical ingredient. It is gentle and soothing to the skin. No synthetic Aloe Vera is used in any wipes product.
Can I flush Kleenex® Flushable Fresh Wipes down an aeroplane toilet?
Yes you can: The wipes are dispersed by the physical strike of the water stream, plus the suction power of an aeroplane toilet is stronger than the water stream of regular toilets.
How much does the 10 sheet packs weigh?
Up to 65 grams.
How much does the 40 sheet packs weigh?
Up to 247 grams.
What if I get the wipe near my eyes?
Kleenex® Flushable Fresh Wipes contain ingredients found in household hand wash (soap), so if irritation occurs it may cause stinging. Wash eyes thoroughly under running water.
Are Kleenex® Flushable Fresh Wipes safe to use on my baby?
They should be, however a patch test before use is advised. Kleenex® Flushable Fresh Wipes are NOT a replacement for baby wipes because they are not as large or strong as baby wipes.

No, however our 40 pack of wipes fits into most of the dispensers available on the market. The great thing about Kleenex® Flushable Fresh Wipes is that they are portable & very convenient. So, you can have them in your bag or glove box of your car when you need them.
Why aren’t Kleenex® Flushable Fresh Wipes available in a dispenser?
The bulk of the market is in refills or soft packs as these are more convenient.
